Our Process
How We Work
Bear Mountain will use all available data gathered and provided to us by the sellers to find the best properties for all members involved.
Remember, to become a member of a legacy property you are only filling out a loan application to begin. You will never be charged anything until the LLC is ready to purchase the land. There is no risk by filling out the application with the bank. This will keep all your private information safe. You do not have to borrow from the bank, it just allows us to assemble only qualified customers. You are welcome to invest with your own funds and not have loan payments. We do not see your information. The bank will contact us and say you are a qualified customer. All prospective investors will be given the chance to choose the property they would like to invest in.
